Choose a product, enter your wording and preferences, and add optional artwork or notes. Add different names or sizes as separate cart lines unless using a package guest list.
Are displayed prices final?
Prices are provisional estimates in USD. Availability, specifications, artwork, applicable taxes, fulfillment charges and the final amount need confirmation before payment.
How do I pay?
Submit your order using “Manual payment after confirmation.” No money is collected online. Payment arrangements are agreed after review; the order remains on hold until the next steps are confirmed.
Can I upload a photo or logo?
You can upload a JPG or PNG up to 5 MB. Only submit material you own or have permission to reproduce. Artwork is stored privately for store staff.
Can you meet my requested date?
Enter the date for review. It does not reserve production time or guarantee delivery. Wait for confirmation before relying on a date.
How are orders delivered or collected?
Fulfillment arrangements and any charges are agreed individually before payment. The checkout does not promise free shipping or a collection address.
What is in the birthday package?
The proposed base package includes six youth tees with a coordinated front design and six name mugs. Extra guest bundles add one tee and one mug. It is a product package; no venue, catering or hosted activity is included.
Can I order a larger quantity or a different item?
Use Custom Order Request with the quantity, item and design details. Larger quantities and ideas outside the listed options need an individual quote.
Can I change or return a personalized item?
Contact us with your order number. Options depend on the stage of the order, the issue and applicable customer rights. See Returns & Changes.
