Orders store the contact and billing details, products, personalization, notes and order status you submit through WooCommerce. Custom requests store your name, email address, request details and optional artwork privately for store staff. These details are used to review and manage your request or order.
Artwork and access
JPG and PNG artwork up to 5 MB is stored in the WordPress database rather than at a public media URL. Downloads require store-management access. Unattached uploads expire after seven days. Artwork attached to order or request records remains with the record for staff review; contact us about access, correction or removal requests.
Cookies and other services
WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies needed for login, cart and form sessions. This storefront build adds no advertising tracker, external font service or online card gateway. The hosting service and other installed plugins may also process technical information.
Questions about your information
Use the Contact form and select “Other custom request” for a privacy question or an access, correction or removal request. Include only the details needed to identify the relevant request or order; do not send sensitive documents.
