Submitting checkout creates an on-hold order for review. It does not confirm availability, book a production date or collect payment. The product specifications, artwork, final amount, fulfillment and payment arrangements must be agreed before production.
Prices and specifications
Displayed prices are provisional estimates in USD. Sizes, colors, package contents and optional extras are subject to confirmation. Applicable taxes and any fulfillment charges will be included in the agreed final amount before payment.
Artwork and personalization
You must own or have permission to reproduce the material you submit. Check all spelling and design details. Artwork may require changes or may not be accepted if reproduction permission or production suitability cannot be confirmed.
Changes and fulfillment
Dates and fulfillment arrangements require individual confirmation. Contact us about changes, cancellation or an item problem using your order number. See Returns & Changes for the current process. No production or delivery guarantee is made by an unconfirmed order.
